Duties, Fees
and Taxes
Customers are
responsible for duties, fees,
taxes and any other charges
imposed on your order outside
Japan. The fees indicated on
SHOP ONLINE cover only the
shipping costs paid in Japan.
Claims/Complaints
We ask our customers to
report shortages, defects or
damages of shipped products to
SONARESEARCH within 7 days after
delivery.
We take NO
responsibilities for any damage
or loss of products in transit.
In such cases, we ask the
consignee to file a claim
directly against the party
responsible. All shipments are
covered by indemnity insurance
and damage or loss of ordered
products may be compensated at
consignee's claim.
